NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. BY ENTERING THIS GAME, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH CREATE A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND THE SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITY OBLIGATIONS ON THE PART OF THE ENTRANT AND A LIMITATION OF ENTRANT'S RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

ELIGIBILITY

The Experience Macao Limited Edition Game (the "Promotion"), which includes an Instant Win Game (the "Game") and a draw for one (1) "Ultimate Experience Macao Limited Edition" Prize (the "Final Prize"), is open only to legal residents of the world who are holders of a valid passport, excluding holders of passports issued by any jurisdiction within Greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Taiwan Region) (the "Eligibility Area"), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (each an "Entrant," "Participant"). Additionally, each Entrant must have an active Macao Government Tourism Office campaign website account (as defined below) at the time of participation. This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees and non-employee workers of the Six Integrated Resorts (the "Sponsor"), Macao Government Tourism Office ("Administrator"), and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Promotion (collectively, the "Released Promotion Parties") and their immediate family (defined for these Official Rules as spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three [3] months out of the year) of each such individual are not eligible. Participation constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 12:01 AM Macao Standard Time ("MST") on August 26, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM MST on October 17, 2024 ("Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period will be divided into three (3) Stages, as follows:

Stage 1: August 26 - September 4, 2024
Stage 2: September 16 - September 25, 2024
Stage 3: October 7 - October 17, 2024

By participating in the Game, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Six Integrated Resorts (the "Sponsor") and/or Macao Government Tourism Office (the "Administrator") whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects and not subject to further review in any forum.

INTERNET ACCESS AND AN EMAIL ADDRESS ARE REQUIRED. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

PRIZES/ODDS

Bonus of Macao and Experience Macao Limited Edition Prizes ("Prizes"). Each participant with valid registered information that can be verified is eligible to win only one (1) "Experience Macao Limited Edition Prize" during the Promotion Period. There is no limit on the number of winning "Bonus of Macao" Prizes. The Macao Government Tourism Office reserves all rights regarding all prizes' terms and conditions, subject to the actual date and availability.

Bonus of Macao (Prize): All participants who correctly answer all three (3) questions during the campaign period will receive a chance to enter Experience Macao Limited Edition Prize draw to win a Prize between 'Bonus of Macao' or 'Experience Macao Limited Edition Prize' (100 quotas).
Experience Macao Limited Edition Prizes: One hundred (100) will be awarded during the Promotion Period. Each item included in 100 Experience Macao Limited Edition Prizes comes with different terms and conditions. Please confirm at the time of redemption for specific terms and conditions regarding redemption. Winners of an Experience Macao Limited Edition Prize will be offered a chance to enter the Final Draw for an opportunity to win the "Ultimate Experience Macao Limited Edition Prize."

Prize Odds: A limited number of both Bonus of Macao and Experience Macao Limited Edition Prizes are available per Stage. The odds of winning Prizes depend on the date and time of playing the Experience Macao Limited Edition Game, the number of Prizes remaining available when the Game is played, and the number of eligible entries to play the Game received. The number of Guaranteed Prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded.

IMPORTANT: All prizes, including Bonus of Macao and Experience Macao Limited Edition Prizes, must be redeemed and used by 11:59 PM MST on December 31, 2024. Any prizes not redeemed or used by this deadline may be forfeited without prior notice. One hundred (100) winners of the Experience Macao Limited Edition Prize will have the opportunity to showcase their Macao experiences on social media using the #MacaoLimitedEdition tag on Instagram and tag @visitmacao (MGTO Official Instagram Account) for a chance to win the coveted "Ultimate Experience Macao Limited Edition Prize". The Winner of the "Experience Macao Limited Edition Prize" whose individual original posts collectively accumulate the most likes across all their unique #MacaoLimitedEdition tagged entries by 11:59 PM MST December 31, 2024, claims the "Ultimate Experience Macao Limited Edition Prize".

All post entries for the "Ultimate Experience Macao Limited Edition Prize" must be original content and set as public posts; any post that is not publicly viewable or is a duplicate of previous content cannot be determined as a valid post entry. The total number of likes from all valid, unique posts by each Winner will be considered in determining the ultimate Winner. Repeated posting of the same content is not allowed and will not be counted towards the total likes.

Macao Government Tourism Office reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners must respond within 72 hours to verify their identity and claim their Prize. Non-responsive or ineligible winners will not be contacted further or receive any notice, and the Prize will automatically be returned to the prize pool or forfeited, according to the terms and conditions.

All confirmed winners will be announced on @visitmacao, the Macao Government Tourism Office's official Instagram. Potential winners who receive the notification will be notified via the contact email and information provided at registration. To qualify to redeem the prizes, all winners must follow @visitmacao (Macao Government Tourism Office's official Instagram). The prize may be canceled or forfeited if it is determined during the campaign that the winners do not follow @visitmacao.

ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

Registration: Participants must register at ExperienceMacaoLimitedEdition.com, providing accurate and valid information as required on the registration page. During the Entry Period, each participant is allowed a maximum of one (1) entry per person for the "Experience Macao Limited Edition Prize" draw.
Game Play: Participants must answer three questions per entry. Correctly answering all questions allows progression to the prize selection page, where you can choose between a Guaranteed Prize or an entry into the Experience Macao Limited Edition Prize draw. Incorrect answers provide an opportunity to share a referral link for additional participation.
Entry Limits: Each participant with valid registered information that can be verified can win only one (1) "Experience Macao Limited Edition Prize" during the Promotion Period. There is no limit on the number of winning "Bonus of Macao" Prizes.

Rules Acceptance

By entering, participants agree to fully comply with these Official Rules. Decisions by the Sponsor, Six Integrated Resorts, and Macao Government Tourism Office (Administrator) are final and binding in all matters. Social Media and Promotions

The Game may be promoted on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and others, subject to their Terms of Use and Privacy Policies. These platforms are not sponsors or endorsers of the Game, and participants agree to release them from any claims related to the Game. Participants must comply with the terms and conditions of the social media platforms they use. The Sponsor is not responsible for any issues arising from platform-specific rules or violations.

Winner Notification and Prize Claiming Process

Upon winning the Experience Macao Limited Edition Prize, potential winners will be contacted via email or phone details provided at registration. The initial contact will be made by the official game site's domain or email, FAQ@ExperienceMacaoLimitedEdition.com, to confirm identity and arrange prize receipt. Winners may also be publicly announced on the official Macao Government Tourism Office Instagram account (@visitmacao).

Responsibilities and Deadlines for Winners:

Notification Response: To receive their Prize Documents via email, winners must respond with all requested information within 72 hours of the first notification attempt.
Document Submission: Prize Documents must be returned within five calendar days of the initial contact. Failure to submit required documents or respond in time will lead to prize forfeiture, and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner, time permitting.
Verification: All communications, including initial notifications and follow-up correspondences, are subject to verification to ensure compliance with the game rules.
Email Ownership Requirement: The email address used for registration must belong to the participant. Only the owner of the email address used to register for the Experience Macao Limited Edition Game is eligible to win and claim any prizes. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the ownership of the email address and disqualify any participant who is found to have registered with an email address that does not belong to them.
The Sponsor and Macao Government Tourism Office reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be using multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activities.

Prize Redemption Responsibility: All winners are solely responsible for claiming and redeeming their prizes according to the instructions provided by the respective sponsors. Each prize of the 100 Experience Macao Limited Edition Prizes comes with different terms and conditions depending on the sponsors. The Government Tourism Office reserves all rights to all prizes' terms and conditions, subject to the actual date and availability. Please confirm with the prize sponsors and Macao at the time of redemption for specific terms and conditions regarding redemption. Prizes must be claimed and used in strict accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by each Sponsor, and any failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize. Each Prize can only be claimed once and is non-transferable. The Sponsor and Administrator shall have no responsibility for any winner's failure to claim or redeem the Prize in accordance with the provided instructions.

Liability for Notification Issues:

The Sponsor is not liable for any notifications that are lost, intercepted, or not received unless due to willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Sponsor.

Disqualification and Alternate Selection:

If a potential winner is unresponsive, ineligible, or declines the Prize for any reason, they will be disqualified. Up to three (3) alternate winners may be selected if the initial winners are disqualified or fail to claim their Prize within the specified timeframe.

Miscellaneous

This Game is subject to all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Game may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge having read, understood and agreed to these terms. Release and Indemnity

By participating, each Entrant hereby releases the Released Parties and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Released Parties and other persons and entities involved in the development, production, and/or administration of the Game harmless from any and all liability for losses, harm, damage, injury, costs, fees, and expenses, including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury (including emotional distress), and/or death, arising from participation in the Game, any Game-related activity, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of any Prize, and for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or merchandise delivery.

CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

General Conditions

By participating, each Entrant agrees to:

Comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator.
Receive any notices and communications related to the Promotion electronically, including via email and/or the Website.
Release and hold harmless the Released Promotion Parties, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, Prize suppliers, and other organisations involved in sponsoring, fulfilling, and promoting the Promotion, as well as their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, expenses, or liability, including negligence and damages to persons and property.
Indemnify, defend and hold harmless Released Promotion Parties from any claims, expenses, and liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for Promotion or prize disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances like travel cancellations or acts of nature. Non-compliance with the Official Rules or attempted interference with the Promotion will result in disqualification. Participation does not require a purchase, and purchasing does not increase winning odds.

Winners claiming prizes are solely responsible for their travel documents and visa validity. The Sponsor, Administrator, or associated parties are not liable for travel document issues. Winners are accountable for any false or missing information provided, and MGTO or sponsors are not held responsible unless explicitly stated otherwise.

PUBLICITY

With consent and acceptance of the Prize shall constitute the Winner's agreement and consent for Sponsor and its designees to use Winner's and his/her travel companion(s) name, likeness, photo, and/or Prize information (including, without limitation, country, city and state/province/territory of residence) in connection with this Game for promotional, advertising or other purposes, in any manner, worldwide, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law.

DISPUTES

Entrant agrees that to the fullest extent permitted by law:

They release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and all of the other Released Promotion Parties from any and all claims.
Claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action. Sponsor makes no warranties and hereby disclaims any and all warranties concerning any Prize furnished in connection with the Game.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FORCE MAJEURE

If, for any reason, the Game (or any part thereof) is not capable of running as planned by reason of computer virus, bug, system malfunction, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural cataclysms, riot, strike, terrorist activity, civil commotion, governmental regulation, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in its sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Game (or any part thereof), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Game, or to thereafter conduct the Game by selecting the Prize winner(s) for the affected Game drawing from among all eligible entries received for such affected Game drawing prior to the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, equitable, and in accordance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION

These Official Rules and the interpretation of their terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Macao Special Administrative Region ("Macao"), without regard to its conflict of laws rules. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the judicial enforcement of any arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Game, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Macao. The parties agree not to raise the defence of forum non conveniens.

DATA PRIVACY AND PROTECTION

By participating in this global gaming experience, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as outlined in these Official Rules and the registration process. The Sponsor (Six Integrated Resorts) and Administrator (Macao Government Tourism Office) are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with applicable international data protection laws and regulations.

Collection and Use of Data: The Sponsor and Administrator collect personal data about Entrants online in accordance with their respective privacy policies, which are available for review on their official websites. This information is used primarily for conducting the Game, contacting Winners, and for other purposes stated in these Official Rules. The Winner's name will be provided on request.

Purposes of Data Processing: Personal data is collected exclusively to manage the Game, communicate with participants, and run related projects. By entering the Game, participants agree that their data may be used for Game-related communications and publicity purposes, as stated above.

Consent: By providing personal data, participants consent to its use in accordance with this Privacy Policy section.

Data Retention: Personal data related to Game participation will be retained for a reasonable period after the Game concludes to assist in consistent operation and address queries.

Participant Rights: Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your information.

International Data Transfers: Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including those with different data protection standards.

Non-Personal Information: The Sponsor may automatically collect non-personal information, such as browser types or linking websites. This aggregated data cannot identify individuals and is used to improve services.

Marketing Activities: Your data may be used for marketing and promotional activities only.
